I stayed there with a family group of 10 and we rented two of the mobile homes. It was just what I expected. I think some of the other reviews here are unwarranted. The neighborhood is quiet. We made a mistake with our reservation - but the office did a great job accommodating us. The mobile homes were clean and nice - and the other campers were respectful. There were several ultimate frisbee teams staying there for a local festival. The kitchens in the mobile homes were well equipped. The showers were great. My only caution to tent campers would be that there are only pit toilets (no seat to sit on- just bars on the walls to hold). The camp is easy to reach by bus from the Lido Vaporetto stop. This is like camping in a nice big backyard. The public free beach is nice - but is a long way to walk from the camp (it is straight across the Island from the Vaporetto stop.) Take the bus unless you like a long walk.

This campsite is a joke,the toilets are just a hole in the floor,there is no hot water for washing the dishes,in the shower everything gets wet and the owner is packing them in like sardines,its not cheap either,do yourself a favour and go somewhere else,its a joke.

Deze camping is alleen per Ferry te bereiken en ligt op het eiland 'Klein Venetië' (Lido di Venezia). De camping is klein en heeft ruimte voor zowel tenten als caravans en campers. Autos kunnen maar beperkt en tegen betaling op het campingterrein worden gezet. Op loopafstand (15/20 minuten) van de voetgangersferrys naar venetie toe (6.50 euro per persoon, enkele reis). Het centrum van Lido di Venetie is ook goed te bereiken vanuit de camping, evenals het strand! Er is een mogelijkheid om fietsen te huren op de camping zelf (+/- 10 euro voor een hele dag), incl pechservice op het eiland zelf). De camping bevat een klein winkeltje die af en toe open gaat (ook op verzoek), hier hebben ze niet veel en alleen de broodnodige zaken. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spreken prima engels. Gasten van deze camping krijgen een polsbandje om waarmee men zich kan identificeren zodra hij/zij laat terug komt op het campingterrein. Voldoende toiletten en douches. Al met al een aanrader!
