1-Arrived, room not ready, told to go to the pool area but had to get out as a band not issued to us at check-in
2-Room: bunk bed was broken. Mattress = old & covered in a plastic sheet. Bathroom = tiny & basic. Worst thing = the toilet which HADN'T been cleaned. There was still faecal matter
3-Dinner. The Around-the-world buffet. Italian experience = watery spag bol & a slice of garlic bread. My partner had a burger. He asked for cheese & was wordlessly pointed to a bowl of powdered parmesan. He asked again & said 'cheddar' to be clear. The chef sighed, went into the kitchen, came back, he gave my partner chopped up CHEESECAKE to put on his burger. It was the same food as the park but cost twice as much
4-After-service = terrible. I completed the customer feedback function at reception & received an automated e-mail that tells me to call them back. Which I have. Several times. No call back
5-1 night = + £250. It ruined my partner's 40th birthday wknd & no response to complaint
