I did report the rather old burnt iron to reception staff.

25/06/2009 Hotel is located within a few miles of Cardiff centre. An excellent alternative for those not wanting to deal with city centre traffic. Located on a retail park it is also convenient for a bit of shopping.
Rooms clean and tidy and reasonably well equiped. Buffet breakfast of a high standard. Staff very freindly and helpful.
Only issue was a faulty double glazing unit in our bedroom which really should have been replaced.

25/06/2009 Based in the middle of a large, busy roundabout but rooms were of a good standard (we were upgraded for free) so very happy. Excellent receptionist and fab breakfast, tasty and very filling - Bar prices were steep but I guess that's to be expected. That said, we would stay again - great value for money!

25/06/2009 Comfortable - set in pleasant and accessible location. Swimming pool would have been more enjoyable if it had been warmer but the hot tub and relaxing surrounds made up for it.
