On the positive side, this hotel was convenient to the Metro and many Washington DC landmarks. However, this is where the positives end. My room was nice and relatively clean, but there was no guest services book in sight. It took over an hour to get a room service menu delivered so I could order dinner. The meeting rooms alternated between oven and refrigerator temperature and the food service was not coordinated well with the speakers. If you weren't served early, you starved until the speaker finished.
