We had a few small issues which, by the end of our stay, made us sad that we had chosen Tuscany.
The fact that they are pet friendly wasn't brought to our attention until after we had booked & handed over our credit card...I think we noticed it on the email confirmation first & then forgot until we arrived at our room to be greeted by a fresh dog turd right next to our back "patio" area.
We stayed in an Olive room, which, upon booking, were told had outdoor patios with a table & chairs. The so-called patio is not much larger than a couple of pizza boxes & we had no outdoor furniture...we were told by reception staff that we could take the furniture from another unoccupied room if we wanted to but they did not have the staff available to help us.
The room itself is clean but needs a little upgrading-carpets, curtains, fresh paint.
The views from the rooms are beautiful & the restaurant is fantastic.
If we come back to the Hunter we will definately dine here but will stay elsewhere
